As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors and supporters to carry out our mission. We take every contribution seriously and use all funds responsibly to support our charitable programs.
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our organization’s position regarding donations, merchandise sales, and event registrations.
1. Donations
All donations made to Mad Tree Foundation, Inc. — whether online, by mail, or in person — are final and non-refundable.
Because contributions are immediately put to work toward our charitable mission, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any donation, including but not limited to:
- Monetary donations
- Sponsorships or event contributions
- In-kind donations or gifts
- Recurring monthly or annual donations
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at in**@***************on.org within seven (7) days of the transaction. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Merchandise and Product Sales
Any products, merchandise, or promotional items sold through our website, fundraising events, or campaigns are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including:
- Incorrect size or color
- Change of mind
- Damage from improper use or wear
If an item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or fulfillment error, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt, and we will review whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
3. Event Registrations and Tickets
All event registrations, sponsorships, and ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will make every effort to offer an alternative date, virtual option, or treat your registration fee as a tax-deductible donation.
4. Tax-Deductible Contributions
Mad Tree Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations and qualifying event contributions may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Please retain your donation receipt for your records. We cannot provide tax advice; please consult your tax professional for specific guidance.
