All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a purchase is complete.
In the rare event that an activity or event is canceled or postponed, Mad Tree Foundation will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered participants and, when possible, honor ticket purchases by rescheduling the event or treating the payment as a tax-deductible donation.
Mad Tree Foundation, Inc. is not obligated to issue refunds for canceled or rescheduled events.
4. Use of Tickets
Tickets are issued subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of both Mad Tree Foundation and any event venue.
Attendees must comply with all safety announcements, instructions, and venue policies while attending events.
